This is for Yenifer!! I would leave a 5 star but others at this place aren’t so pleasant. I was struggling SO hard on my last step for my refinance on my car. Everyone else on the phone or in store seemed like I was wasting their time. She was super super super helpful and very well spoken. She got me all signed and even printed off the stuff for me. Literally an amazing person and I 100 percent recommend her to anyone! 10 stars for you Yenifer.

Terrible customer service, the employees simply could not care any less about the individual customer needs. The teller had to make 3 transactions to properly deposit $83.50. Including crediting my account for $3 instead of $83. It used to be a premier financial institution, but now it's just a big corporate bank who doesn't care.

I recently opened my accounts with Suncoast after Bank of America ripped me off for 2350$ and refused to make good. The day after I opened I deposited a personal check from a job I did in the amount of 1400$. The following day my debit card was restricted so I called and asked why. The “risk assessment “ department told me that they would probably kick the check back as not valid and my debit card was restricted until this issue was straightened out. My hands were tied. I was broke due to BOA’s criminal activity. I waited for 10 days for the check to clear at the bank it was drawn on, and went in to find out why funds weren’t available. Suncoast had been paid but still didn’t want to release funds to me. I was beside myself and about to lose my home. Yenifer PabloPablo went above and beyond for close to 2 hours fighting to get me the money that was rightfully mine. She did her due diligence and researched my history to see that I am not a criminal like risk assessment was treating me. She taught tooth and nail and was able to finally get my funds released to me. I was at the end of my rope and she literally saved my butt from homelessness, as well as my dignity. Yenifer is beyond an asset to your company. She truly cares about the customer and I will remain forever grateful for her excellent work today. Thanks so much Yenifer. You are my hero.
