Fun evening at Cooper’s Hawk Winery! We started early with a tasting with the option for a sweet, vintage, or Lux flight. Sweets are not my jam but the last pour was some dessert wine that was very tasty. Each flight was 8 pours! Whites, reds and bubbles were SO good! I can honestly say I enjoyed every poor. My only complaint would be the system for which they did tastings. They have a long bar that you pretty much have to cram your way into to get served while in the middle of a shopping area and a little more organization between people having a class and people having flights May serve as a more pleasant environment. We also had dinner reservations and had some delicious entrees. The service was solid and tentative, restaurant was clean and well represented. An excellent place for steak pasta, whatever you like!

I had such high hopes, but I was disappointed in this visit. When you walk in the place is actually really nice and has a upbeat, ambience and vibe. Of Course they are known for their huge selections of wines and had many choices. They also have a full bar for cocktails. We had the champagne and it was very good. One bottle of red they brought out was terrible and we had to send it back. The big issue that made me leave a 3 star was the service. The server had our table which was about 10 people and then a large table with about eight next to us and it looked like she had two other tables so the service was extremely slow. It took over 30 minutes for everyone to get even their first drink, which I thought was ridiculous. When we finally were able to order food at the restaurant we had been there over an hour. We even complained to a manager and asked for someone to help her because the service was going so badly. It wasn’t that she was nice, but she was overwhelmed and not attentive to us and our needs. We were constantly looking for her. When I finally did get my food it looked amazing. I had the shrimp pasta, but when I took a bite it was cold. I sent it back and she brought it back cold a second time. I sent it back and the third time when it came back cold I simply asked for a box because I was not going to continue to return it. They did make it right by taking it off my check, but it was frustrating Once I got the food home and put it in the microwave. It actually tasted really good. My other friend had the salmon and she said it was dry, but the flavor was good. Another friend next to me had the steak and it was burnt as well as her potatoes, but they did remake it for her as well. The other people at the table said they really enjoyed their entrées. I don’t know if it was just an off night, but the restaurant was not completely packed because it was a Wednesday. I’m definitely willing to try again at this location because they have an extensive menu with lots of different dishes that I would like to try as well.

We first started with the wine tasting. It was an assortment of white and reds. The only thing I would have like was a small cheese plate to pair with the wine but they did not offer it. It's hard to differentiate one wine from the next . Then we went to the restaurant. We had appetizers which included potstickers and shrimp. I ordered the flank steak which came with french fries and roasted vegetables. The flank steak was cooked to perfection. A friend ordered the salmon salad and another friend ordered filet mignon. Looking forward coming back.

Took my wife and kids here for magical dining. It has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was very kind knowledgeable and well spoken. Our waiter Killian was amazing especially being patient with my riled up little ones.

The food tasted great! My wife got the Glazed Salmon and I went with the Cooper’s Hawk Chicken. We finished the meal with the crème brûlée.

Highly recommended dining here as well as tasting their wine.

The food and wine were phenomenal. Each dish was expertly prepared, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. The wine pairing suggested by Hailey perfectly complemented our meal, enhancing the overall experience.

In summary, Cooper’s Hawk provided an outstanding dining experience with top-notch service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Hailey and Trisha went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a delightful culinary experience.

I want to thanks the Member & Guest Supervisor Ms Fonseca for the excellent customer service, you really read the customers reviews and takes care of them.
Last night we celebrated our 37 anniversary at the Alafaya location, it was a long wait but it was worth it.
Cameron our server did a great job, very attentive and his recommendations were great; we had the pot stickers very good choice and the short ribs and wedge salad with chicken were excellent.
We highly recommend Cooper’s Hawk winery & restaurant.

There are many reasons why I love and enjoy this venue. The wine membership is at the base of all recurring customers. They have a reasonable monthly fee that provides wine bottles, tastings for two, restaurant discounts, and perks. They cater to your pallette and bring a plethora of flavors and textures, I personally prefer the sweet ones. Their upscale restaurant is the pinnacle of the night, with a variety of healthy, tasty appetizers, entrees, and desserts. You can have dinner and consume the bottles earned from your membership. One option is to request that they add fruit to your sangria. In summary, it is an excellent place for a gathering, special celebration, or a wind me down session with friends. If you have'nt tried it, you are missing out.

My most recent experience was Phenomenal! I had a not so great experience that has since been turned around by the staff, the servers, and the kitchen staff! I appreciate them making an effort to turn my previous into a forgettable memory! Love love
