2 Stars for the look of the apartments. The function not so much. Responded to a Facebook ad through one of the management teams named Michelle. She said I would be approved and set up a time to view the place. She showed me a spot on the 6th floor which looked very nice and spacious. She explained the apartment wouldn't be available until June or July due to the fact that an abatement needed to be done on the 6th floor. I understood and was told I needed to put down a deposit to hold the space and then send documents to verify income eligibility. I work during office hours so trying to speak to someone was virtually impossible. I called, I emailed. No response. I had to leave work early a few times to bring my paperwork. That was end of April into May. May 15th I leave work early again to bring my deposit and secure my spot. No communication on if my documents & deposit were received or a move in date. So I wait and maybe I'll hear something. June 15th comes and I finally leave work early again to get to the office. They say there has been a delay in move-ins. I told them I needed to be in a place by June, July at the latest. If it wasn't for a woman who couldn't get out of her lease, I would have been S.O.L. I get approved for a lower floor. So on lease signing day, we whipped through the paperwork. No real explanation on how I qualified for a higher payment when my income was below the 60% AMI. I signed the lease because I really needed a place. They tell me it's a brand new apartment. Now I'm moved in and for a month or 2 you couldn't have your regular mail delivered it had to be sent to the post office because they didn't have keys for the mailboxes as they were on back order. A few weeks later there was an issue with hot water. I get a maintenance call entered and the man litteraly told me to run the water. I told him I did and he just told me to hurry up and take a lukewarm shower. He did nothing. Now here we are again 2 days without hot water and they tell us to send an email to the original sign up email that noone responds to. Packages are stolen frequently, people leave the doors open and not to mention having to fight over making rent payments and they say they didn't get them. There is no noise ordnance...litteraly the person above me has a dog that whines all day and a kid who I swear thinks he's in the WWE. I put in service requests and they never get answered or they are lost. This is my first experience with a complex and I would never recommend this place especially if your a working professional.
