Awful! They are so unorganized. The site isn’t user friendly. Customer service is useless. Go to another credit union to get credit cards. It was easier to buy my home than to deal with their incompetence

I have been with this Credit Union for years and lately their services suck! My APR interest rate has went up 4x this year alone without any explanation as to why this is happening. Further there are no new purchases on my account. This is insane. When I call and talk to a representative I get no clear answers as to why, they raise my rate. I never get notify either when they are doing so. I just see it in my statements.

This institution is not part of the CU Services network and charges ATM fees if you do not hold an account there. Can’t speak to the customer service or financial products.
