MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCED BANK IN NEW JERSEY . MANAGERS LINDA & JENNY UNLAWFULLY DENIED ME ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT WITH VALID U.S Drivers License Identity Document after verifying my identity 3 times . They even called my phone number on account while in front of me to verify it’s me. Literally watching me talk to them on the phone on speaker through the teller window . And Still Denied me Access to my Account calling me a Terrorist . I Believe This was An act Of Discrimination due to Gender orientation. And Requested Immediate Removal From This Professional Position Via FDIC.

Walked in to apply for a personal loan. There was only one teller at that moment. I asked for the process for the application she said to fill out the paper and they will call me back. I asked how long would it take and she said over 10 days since they are doing some training. Not what I was looking for.

this company is HORRIBLE to say the least!!! since they changed their checking and savings to share and draft it has come with alot of headache. you call the main number and you have to wait for a call back an hour or so away! i will have my funds majority go to my other bank and just have enough to cover my credit card and signature loan

I’m going to finish paying off whatever is left in my account and close this account. Liberty savings has failed to inform me that when I got my car loan that my gap insurance would only be for 90 days. I have been calling for three days now and have left voicemails to make sure they received the check for my totaled car. I cnt see anything nor the payment history. No one answers the phone. I called today on my way to the branch. Being on hold for 20 minutes to be told that the person is busy with somebody else. I let them know that I am out front. I come in they’re there listening to music. Loud, may i add and there is absolutely no customers there. No one is busy taking care of anyone this is unprofessional at the most, just to pick up a phone number for them to tell me the liberty savings could’ve given me that information over the phone. This isnt the first time

Teller left my info out so next tellers client was able to see my info-how much I was withdrawing and my address. Then she reads my address out loud for everyone in line to hear. Then I have to wait for the person who works in the bank that signs checks while she is out on a coffee run…10 minutes waiting. Completely inconsiderate of clients
