I ordered a tyre on Monday for my car and as they did not have stock, I was told that the tyre would be delivered and fitted on Wednesday as I was going on holiday. I called up today (Wednesday) and was told by Mark, due to an issue, the tyre was not ordered. Mark assured me, despite the issue, I would have my tyre and fitted before the end of the day. True to his word, all done and dusted and fitted. It’s very common things go wrong and working in the service industry myself, we tend to forget to say thanks when someone goes above and beyond to help so, Thanks Mark and going forward you will get all my business and I will be bringing our company vehicles to you also, thanks.

Booked all 4 new tyres for my Jeep Renegade via black circles (1st time) in April and 1st time at Cooper Brothers.
Slight mix up with timeslot but situation recovered promptly and new booking slot confirmed. (No big deal)
Very friendly, professional, efficient staff member, it was almost Hypnotic watching all 4 come off, get each tyre removed in sequence, swapped out and reloaded.

Whether I use black circles or not, I'd definitely be back to Cooper Brothers.

Great service but staff turned up very late and didn't open for 9am which was my appointment time. Other people waiting said this is common. This is disrespectful to your customers guys.

Very helpful guys there. Had a nail puncture in one of my tyres, removed the wheel and carried out safe repair and the fitter marked the tyre position relative to the air valve so it didn't require re-balancing saving me that cost. Quality and considerate service for sure and very happy to recommend them.

Place order via blackcircles, order confirmed, then changed to later time in day then declined by this shower. Refused delivery of my tyres, as I could have taken them elsewhere said could fit in three working days. Going elsewhere

Went in on Monday unfortunately they didn't have the proper tyres so he asked me to come back in and he'd order them so went back on Thursday and he got stuck in and changed both front tyres in 35 mins can't fault them both myself and my son would never go anywhere else. Brilliant service
