I kept hearing about coppers hawk for some time and wanted to wait after this pregnancy to experience the wine however what a better time to try food then when you’re 8 months pregnant! I had the Atlantic salmon on wasabi buttered mashed potatoes. I was worried it would be too spicy but it wasn’t at all. It had the all the flavor without the spice. The salmon had an Asian type sauce maybe teriyaki, I cannot remember but it was tasty. Husband had the short rib grilled cheese which of course I had to try too. If grilled cheese is your thing then this would suite your palate. It was very flavorful and not too greasy which is an accomplishment for these combinations. My salmon was a bit overcooked/ rubbery and I would have liked more sauce so maybe clarify how you like your salmon cooked. Our server, was very friendly and attentive. Had I needed anything he would have made it possible. Def will be back to try the wine. The boozy iced coffee was 10/10 and strong says my husband. Raspberry lemonade was refreshing and what I needed to quench this thirst! Definitely a good vibe for date night or lunch. Brunch menu looked so amazing too!

Good food, drinks and atmosphere! Our waiter Dillon was awesome! The host at the front with the Afro truly needs a lesson in customer service etiquette. Overall I’d recommend and visit again.

My family and I had an exceptional dining experience celebrating my birthday. Our server, Laurie, went above and beyond to ensure that our meal was perfect. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations. Her genuine care and friendly demeanor truly elevated our evening. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

Shout out to Colleen our waitress! She did a great job hanging with us and meeting our needs. We are coming back in September for our next family trip and will ask for her for our date night again!

This Cooper hawk is jammed packed compared to the one we typically go to back home. You need to place a reservation a couple of weeks ahead (which fortunately we did) because in room dining tables fill quickly and you are left with the bar or outside. That's my recommendation at least. We are three bottle members and the rules are a little different here as well because of the high traffic. However, food was great and the service stellar as usual

Nice theme for the restaurant it’s rustic but a very clean and neat feel once you walk in. Food was delicious and the server was kind. A really cool establishment

Had the chicken with cheese scallop potatoes, green beans. Partner had the dish with shrimp which he enjoyed. Sweet chilli calamari as appetizer

Also cool fun fact you can wine taste free of charge two wines of any kind.

Our second time here at this location, this time for Thanksgiving dinner, last time for brunch. Both times the service (both times with Mikaela) were wonderful! We are wine club members and eat at Cooper's Hawk often. This is one of the best locations we've dined.
