Dr. Answered all my questions concerns staff was professional and courteous not a long wait. I did not have an appointment and was seen within a few minutes. I completely recommend Urgent Care. Plenty of parking. Excepts my insurance. We need more clinics like this. It is spotless clean . Highly recommend. I was comfortable talking with the Dr. He was a wealth of knowledge took the time to explain wrote me a note for work.

Overall, I think urgent cares are good for some deep cuts/scrapes. Anything truly internal to the body is where you likely need an ER. Suffered from tonsillitis. Sent home with steroids. Conditions worsened. Went to another UCSF urgent care location, and was sent home with Tylenol and Advil despite me raising concerns of peritonsillar abscess. I requested a CT scan and was denied. Next day I could barely breathe. Couldn’t swallow saliva. I rushed to the ER. Their immediate step was CT scan. 2cm large abscess bright as day. Treated accordingly. Spent overnight in ER and sent home with proper medication (antibiotics).

Everyone was very nice. The provider Katie Liang was very professional and friendly. She diagnosed me quickly, talked to me about my treatment plan and we decided on a plan together. I was in and out very quickly. Abigail and Cindy had lovely smiles and were very friendly. Thank you all for a great visit! Keep up the great work!

I came here on Christmas Eve. I was on the walk-in list. Right when you enter, they greeted you with a smile. The staff is friendly and helpful down to what pharmacy is open late. They treated me like family. This will be my go to place when I am in need for Urgent Care.

Not sure where the 5 stars come from. We came with in the morning and the next available time was in 5 hours. BTW that's called "_urgent_care". When we came back 5 hours later, we had to wait for almost another hour until we got called.

The doc is nice and professional. But the waiting kills all the experience.

I made an appointment online last minute and lucked out with an evening time slot. I had to come in for EKG so I was extremely anxious and nervous. Sahar greeted me with a smile and calmed my nerves with small talk which took my mind off the test. I saw Dr. Brandsmeier who was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time and in and out. Thank you Sahar for talking me through my fears and anxiety.

Checked in online and waiting half hour while one person checked in and I missed my slot while another person walked in and stepped in to my time slot. Inefficient system and slow response. Not sure why online appointments are recommended you still wait some time before getting seen. Very inefficient process where kiosk didn’t have appointments check in available. Bad experience and needs big improvements in that space.
